About Back of House

Hi, I’m Rosy - the founder of BOH Events, a boutique agency shaped by over 13 years in the hospitality and events world. I work with corporate, creative and hospitality clients to plan standout events with ease, handling everything from venue sourcing and supplier coordination to bespoke design and event styling.

I started BOH because I’ve spent my whole career working in-house for some of the UK’s most iconic hospitality venues, and I know firsthand what makes an event run smoothly and what tends to fall through the cracks. My goal is simple: to take what I’ve learned behind the scenes and give clients a seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable planning experience.

I’ve managed just about every kind of event imaginable - from red carpet premieres and brand launches, to Christmas parties, screenings, presentations, conferences, influencer dinners, and full venue takeovers. I’ve worked for an award-winning hospitality group in Manchester, a major Italian restaurant brand, Everyman Cinemas across London, and most recently, as Business Development Manager for a new Mayfair opening. I bring that venue-side insight into everything I do.

I’m known for being warm, honest, creative, and unshakeably organised. I don’t overpromise, I believe in long-lasting relationships, and I understand both sides of the coin - the client experience and the operational needs of a venue. That balance is everything.

A Bit About Me

I’m based in Hampstead, London, and I’m a lover of all things creative - interiors, art, film, photography, music. I live with my little dog Rae (she’s the real boss, if we’re being honest), and I bring heart, precision, and a big-picture mindset into every event I touch.
